Lyndz Goforth
Lyndz has always had a deep connection with the Ocean. Born and raised on the beaches of Florida, she spent endless days surfing, swimming and wake boarding. 5 years ago she attended her first SUP + YOGA excursion. It was then that she knew her love of water and yoga could be shared with the world! There is something so natural and relaxing about practicing yoga on liquid. We quickly lose the fear of "what if" and learn to just go with the flow. Whether you are new to paddle boarding, yoga or both: prepare to laugh a lot. Lyndz strives to provide all of her students with a fun and safe environment designed to cultivate growth, trust and floating euphoria! Dani Goldman Dani discovered yoga in her late teens as a way to exercise and relieve stress. Since then she has watched her body transform and her heart open wide. Her strong willed nature, drive and athletic background drew her to power yoga after trying various forms of asana practice over the past 10 years. Dani moved to Bellingham from Chicago in 2010. She fell in love with the water, natural surroundings and strong community that Bellingham had to offer. After trying SUP yoga in 2012 she was hooked! Combining her passion and love of nature, water and Yoga felt like coming home. Dani brings possibility into all of her classes, with a focus on alignment and breath, she encourages students to listen to their own intuition and have fun. Her classes are powerful and compassionate, with a strong belief that yoga is accessible for everyone! Andrea Vitalich After retiring from gymnastics, Andrea began practicing yoga as a way to move her body in similar ways. Yoga has helped Andrea find a peaceful space in her heart and mind, to being to explore and attain the possibilities of her hopes, dreams and aspirations. Her appreciation and respect for the practice has grown from a purely physical aspect of body movement, to a more introspective and energetic path of self-acceptance and self-actualization. When not in a yoga studio or in her gym, Andrea loves taking long walks outside and seeks the sunshine as much as possible. In a desire to combine her yoga practice and love for the outdoors, Andrea completed her SUP Yoga On Liquid certification in 2015. Julie Finley "Julie has been teaching yoga since 2009. She is an E-200 RYT. She has studied with Baron Baptise, Yoga Fit and Core Power Yoga. Julie is also certified to teach Stand Up Paddle Yoga through Yoga on Liquid International. Yoga has empowered Julie's life and continues to provide opportunities for her to heal, grow and explore new possibilities. The powerful impact yoga has had in Julie's life fuels her desire to share yoga with others. Through yoga Julie has found a deeper connection to her body and soul cultivating love and compassion for herself and others. Stand Up Paddle yoga has provided space for her to soften and let go of trying to get it right. When on her paddleboard Julie feels one with the wisdom of nature. On her mat and paddleboard she has been able to dissolve the beliefs that limit her creating boundless possibilities. Julie will lead you through your yoga practice encouraging you to safely explore where your body is in each moment by staying connected to your breath. She believes yoga is for everyone. Her passion for yoga is undeniable and people will know that she is fully present and available. In Julie’s classes there is room for curiosity, lightheartedness, presence, connection and compassion. Julie teaches from "we are all enough" and "we are ready now". Inspiration and empowerment through yoga is what ignites Julie's teaching and her life and she offers this to her students. A willing spirit is all that is needed. Show up, stay curious and shine bright. |
