LOGISTICS AND DETAILS
WHO:
Anyone with body awareness and a desire to have fun can take a SUP Yoga Class with us. Even if you have never paddled before you will learn the basics. Yoga experience recommended but you don't have to have "good balance" the boards are very stable and provide a great challenge to your focus, ability to soften into the movement of the water, go with the FLOW and have fun!
WHERE:
Lake Padden in Bellingham WA. Enter via the WEST entrance, we will meet in front of the restrooms by the water.

WHAT:
To Wear: Please be prepared for any type of weather. Wear NON-cotton layers (example: yoga leggings and top, fleece shirt or other moisture-wicking fabrics). A long-sleeved layer that you can take off and tie around your waist. A light shell if needed for rain, flip flops.
To Bring: (weather dependent, bring what’s appropriate) Please bring change of clothes, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, snacks, waterproof case for your phone (optional), waterproof camera (optional).
To Expect: Be prepared for fun! Will you get wet? It's totally possible and yet maybe not most of the time. You can be as conservative or adventurous as you like. Either way you will see that it’s an amazing experience to practice yoga on the water!

- Must be 18 or older or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Due to the reservation-driven schedule and limited slots, we cannot change your class time or issue refunds once you have booked your class.
- Classes will take place rain or shine. Only weather cancellations will be if there is an unsafe amount of wind. In which case we will contact you to reschedule your class.
- No refunds.
- No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- 5-Class packages MUST be used during the 2015 Summer season and will not be carried over to 2017 and beyond.
